A Strategic Partnership to Elevate IT Support Services
ITDS Managed Services, a leading provider of tailored IT solutions, is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with Kogo Ltd, a trusted name in Managed IT and Secure Services since 1998.
This collaboration brings together two exceptional IT service providers, each known for their customer-first approach and technical excellence, under the shared strapline: “ITDS & Kogo: Better Together.”
Under this new joint partnership, Kogo will be trusted with the delivery of the merged helpdesk and IT ticketing support for ITDS Managed customers. With over two decades of expertise, Kogo’s award-winning helpdesk team will provide dedicated, proactive support to ensure clients experience industry-leading response times and issue resolution across their IT infrastructure.
ITDS Managed will continue in its role as the primary account manager for clients—retaining oversight of all account management, licensing, hardware procurement, telephony, and strategic service planning. In addition, ITDS will be able to enhance Kogo’s offering to it’s customers with the wider ITDS Group. The trusted relationship between ITDS and its customers will remain unchanged, while support operations are strengthened through a merged helpdesk and Kogo’s specialist team and best-in-class systems.
Kogo also accredited with ISO standards 9001, 14001 and 27001 as well as being fully Cyber Essentials Plus certified, which mirrors ITDS Managed Services’ own very high standards.
