Jermaine founded IT Document Solutions Ltd after a successful career spanning many years working for both manufacturers and resellers.
Jermaine setup IT Document Solutions back in 2014 with the aim of offering a modern approach to Managed Print Services, with an added focus on electronic document management and digital transformation. IT Document Solutions offers a hybrid approach to business, delivering the traditional copier and print technology, with a modern twist of skilled professional services and an eye on future technologies, adding value in an ever-changing office environment.
His ambition has seen IT Document Solutions become a go-to company for independent and impartial advice for managed print and document solutions throughout the UK, Europe and beyond. The ITDS approach to business ensures they deliver achievable and measurable results in helping companies implement technology to improve document processes and increase staff efficiency.
The ITDS Group was set up to help Jermaine and his business partners develop a group of companies which complement each other within the technology sector. The group now provides IT Managed Services, Mailroom Solutions, Print and Document Solutions (Workflow), and ITDS Ultimate Space, providing office and homeworking solutions for the new world of business.
Jermaine and IT Document Solutions Ltd support several charities and community sports groups, and are actively involved in local community groups and national organisations to give back where possible. Jermaine has mentored at Sussex University and is keen to create meaningful connections wherever possible.
Jermaine has three young children and is a keen Golfer. Jermaine was forced to give up rugby because of a recurring knee injury after years of playing Sussex, London, and National league Rugby Union. He also enjoys many other sports including diving, and Football, where he has been a lifelong Liverpool FC supporter.
You will always see Jermaine and his friends and family enjoying sporting events and concerts, living, and enjoying life is a skill he has mastered.
Mike graduated from Southampton University in 1988 before studying accountancy, qualifying in 1991.
After representing several accountancy and business consultancy firms, Mike was recruited into the industry and heads up the finance operation along with the ITDS back office team.
Mike enjoys sport especially rugby (now retired), cycling, running and beer.
Emily has a wealth of experience working with young growing companies, helping them to scale up in a measured and controlled way.
The pinnacle of her career was working as “Head of Corporate Services”. With a team of staff under her, the company grew 10-fold, and Emily played a vital role in enabling that growth. Emily managed and then oversaw all financial, HR and administrative matters. She developed effective systems that enabled the directors to manage the business as it grew.
Emily married in New Zealand and is now a mother of 2 incredible children, Emily enjoys swimming & walking most days. She loves to travel. Her fav thing is spending time with family and friends either entertaining or at all kinds of events.
Emily lived in China being a part of the Olympic Games in 2008.
Patrick known as Paddy has been in the industry for over 25 years working for both manufacturers and independents.
Paddy has been in the direct, public sector and government sales teams before spending time with partners. In a long career, customer satisfaction has always been the number one priority.
With mailroom solutions constantly evolving Paddy recognises the need for traditional franking and folding coupled with growing transformation towards digitisation and hybrid solutions.
As enthusiastic today as the day he started. Paddy is dedicated to helping his customers to maximise productivity and minimise costs.
Family man with two kids, 2 grandkids, rugby fanatic, ex-player, now supports from the bar.
John has had a successful career working in the mailroom sector over the past 20 years.
Starting as a field engineer for a small independent mail equipment provider, John gained valuable industry experience and quickly moved on to the sales side of things where he eventually managed corporate and public sector sales teams across the United Kingdom,
John heads up our Mailroom Solutions Division and ensures that our tailored services and solutions can benefit as many organisations as possible. As business needs evolve and develop, our experience and expertise are on hand to guide and be a constant support for all things mail related.
Number 1 fan and taxi driver to his Rugby and Cricket mad son and champion bedtime storyteller to his daughter.
Anthony has over 20 years’ experience in the mailroom industry, working for both manufacturers and Royal Mail independents.
He has worked with a wide range of UK businesses and organisations, from FTSE 100 companies to small charities, to help improve their shipping and mailing solutions. He is an expert in cost reduction and efficiency analysis and can help streamline the workflow process and create long-term value.
Anthony is here to support customers to create and deliver meaningful interactions when it matters most – consistently across all channels of communication.
Anthony is a proud dad of two girls and a dog! He loves a good box set, cold pint and his guilty pleasures include a session on the PS5 and blasting an 80's power ballad.
Travers has over 25 years experience of providing technology solutions to a broad range of industries.
He is a passionate solutions provider, always striving to ensure that the end product is better than the vision.
With a good balance of commercial, practical and technical knowledge Travers has won and delivered projects from national government contracts to start-ups, and everything in-between. Travers believes in building meaningful relationships with his team and his clients, treating people and their businesses how he treats his own.
A proud father of two amazing girls. Travers enjoys watching rugby (too old to play anymore), snowboarding, going to the gym, steaks, electronic music and travelling.

Jamie has worked in the office equipment industry for over 35 years & brings a wealth of experience to the business
He started his career in photocopier, printer & fax hardware service progressing to service management, he then moved more into the then all new field of connected MFPs plus MPS & Document workflow software solutions working in both a pre-sales & post-sale professional services capacity delivering solutions supporting up to and beyond 1000 devices.
Whilst heading up the MPS Professional Services team Jamie also managed a business move into IT & Unified Communications managed services, this included building out a new team covering Sales, Pre-Sales &support in this space whilst providing marketing support, sales enablement& cross sale training to achieve business growth in this area to a circa£2m+ turnover.
Jamie believes very strongly in customer service and strives to always plan and then deliver the correct solution to meet any client’s needs.
A family man Jamie is very proud of his two teenage children, he is a keen cyclist despite the ageing knees, loves music & his vinyl collection (along with a few ales !) He is also a long-suffering Crystal Palace fan!
