The ITDS team are feeling festive

Well, it’s that time of the year for taking the time to reflect on the almost past year.  As a growing business, we truly believe it’s important to support causes close to our hearts and help them in any way we can and that has been a real focus for us during 2016.

This year we’ve had the privilege of supporting two fantastic local and national charities, Rockinghorse and Combat Stress. It certainly has been a busy week, attending some fantastic events for these very worthy causes.

Rockinghorse is a Brighton-based charity which has been supporting children for nearly 50 years, helping to improve the lives of sick children throughout the Sussex region.  On Friday 16th December the team did a Santa drop, donating a range of children’s toys to the charity to enjoy just in time for Christmas.

The other charity we have supported this year is Combat Stress, which is the UK's leading veterans' mental health charity. They treat a range of mental health conditions including PTSD, depression and anxiety. Right now, they have more than 6,000 veterans registered with them for support and the charity is a vital lifeline for these veterans, as well as their families.

We were extremely proud to support the ‘Carols for Christmas’ concert that Combat Stress host each year.  On Wednesday 14th December we attended the concert held at The Royal Hospital Chelsea.  It was absolutely incredible and we were in awe of the whole event, it was truly fantastic and very humbling to watch.

Our diary is already starting to get busy booking several events early next year in support of some great causes, so we better get some training in place sharpish from the 1st of January and work off all those Christmas celebrations.
